The minimum wage is 10 pounds/hour with the possibility of making additional hours depending on the employer's request, up to a maximum of 60 hours/week.It's working in three shifts, morning shift from 7.30 to 14.30, the afternoon shift from 14.30 to 21.30, every shift with two breaks, one for 15 minutes and one for 30 minutes wich are not paid,and the night shift from 21.30 to 7.30 with two 30 minute breaks-not payd.
Some homes provide meals during the day shift.
Work consists of: administration of oral drugs,collection of urine for analysis,dressing wounds,helping elders with toilet or changing pad whenever necessary, helping them to dress, to assist in nutrition, various recreational activities, walking, preparing tea,etc.
Mobilizing the old peoples is to do with a automatic hoist, manual mobilization is strictly prohibited.
Accommodation is offered by the employer for 250-300 pounds / month, utilities included,in 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, each person having their own bedroom, kitchen and living room are common.
Apartments are furnished and equipped with everything necessary.

After you arrive at place of work, the employer will ask the International Criminal Records Bureau you record (CRB) and until this is arrived,you will not be entitled to work.This takes between 2-4 weeks.
Is necessary a probationary period of 3 months.After probationary period employer will decide if is offering to you a full contract or not.Employer will certainly provide further contract if your professionalism is beyond reproach.
Is required "diploma de licenta de asistent medical generalist" or "certificat de competente profesionale"-in that case also is required an minimum experience of 5 years continuously in last 7 years.
Is required a level of English medium-advanced in both cases.
Agency does not charge a commission fee,except for getting Yellow-card- 175 pounds.This is to be payed after you will have a employment pre-contract.
After one year worked in UK you will be entitled to get bluecard.
Also,your work experience in UK will give you chance to get a job in a hospital or a clinic,where salaries are at least 20 pounds/hour!!!
