Job 20.850 – Pub Manager – 60 seats restaurant and Bar located 20 miles from Swindon, a la carte and functions ; 1 year contract; 25,000 gbp/year and % from profit for achieving targets ; great accommodation facilities provided above the pub free of charge , starting date 5-10 January 2015;
This is a perfect job for a couple as there are 2 more vacancies for waiter/waitress and demmis chef.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the restaurant and bar, staff recruitment and trainings , stocks and suppliers, cash up , banking , review the menu daily/weekly, achieving GP targets , finance and investments ;
REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of 10 years experience within a pub/restaurant and at least 2 years into a similar position; very good English level is required; Enthusiastic, excellent management, leadership, training and coaching skills are required, a passion to deliver outstanding standards of service and a high level of managing of resources and budgets.
