Honours Ice Cream is a small family business, based in the fringes of London, Kent. We are an established mobile ice cream caterer with twenty years of experience attending venues throughout the South, South East, South West and Central regions of the UK.
Being a family business we take great pride in all aspects of our work, we always have a professional approach to each and every venue. We can cater at venues from one van to a fleet of ice cream vans for the high attended events.
We are registered with the Local Borough Council & have Public/Products Liability Insurance cover in place. All our operators have a professional and polite manner and are conscientious in their work. All ice cream van operators are uniformed and all posses their Essential Food Hygiene Certificate. We make it a habit to clear around our units regularly and dispose of any litter that may have been discarded throughout the working day.
Over the years Honours Ice Cream have accumulated a great loyalty from event organizers, which we are proud to say re book our services year after year.

We are currently looking for an immediately available marketing assistant between 26 and 44 years.

Job purpose of Marketing Assistant

To be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan.

• Primary cooperative marketing lead. Assistant will approve contractor ads for financial reimbursement, track contractor allotment based on program performance and ensure the proper use of logos and brand guidelines.
• Carefully monitor communications response data and other performance and marketing metrics.
• Establish and maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of various communications with outside vendors, such as printers and mail houses, to meet their designated due date.
• Assist in marketing research.
• Coordinate various outreach events throughout Oregon to support the program.
• Create and distribute rollout communications for program updates, product enhancements, direct marketing programs and sales tools. Maintain marketing plan flowchart.
• Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, cooperative advertising requests and documentation.
