To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of two years industry experience and possess an accredited professional qualification in hairdressing. Furthermore you must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to interact with a diverse range of clients.
Hairdressing requires an ever changing skill set and our client expects stylists to remain up to date with the latest techniques and trends, and show willingness to learn about the Aveda products and exhibit an understanding of the brand.
In return for your hard work and commitment an annual salary of £16,000-£18,000 is offered plus all tips and commission if on target. Therefore after building a column (which takes approximately 6 months) you can expect to earn up to £24,000 a year.
