Job 20.620 – Food & Beverage Manager, 4 luxury stars hotel, 200 rooms, 1 fine dining restaurant at 2 rosettes with French & Mediterranean cuisine, 1 main dining with international cuisine; 1 bistro with Italian cuisine, 1 terrace club, 1 lounge bar, 25 conference and events rooms; 1 year contract; 35.000 gbp/year ; accommodation provided .
REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of 15 years experience within a high and busy operation environment , preferable 4-5 stars hotels and multi outlets ; min of 2 years into a similar position, preferable into brand hotel ; very good English level is required; Excellent management , leadership, training and coaching skills are required, a passion to deliver outstanding standards of service and a high level of managing of resources and budgets .
