F&B Manager - Luxury 5 red stars hotel, part of the Relais and Chateaux , 1 Michelin Star awarded restaurant , 25 rooms , brasserie, bar and spa , located in Cotswolds area - full time contract, 5 days /week, 48-50 hours/week; 28 days paid holiday starting dates: asap , acommodation provided; Salary : 35.000 gbp gross/year
REQUIREMENTS: Min 2 years experience in the positions on offer; it is also mandatory to have fine dine experience (rosettes or Michelin star experience is preferred). Candidates can make initially telephone or skype interview with the employer but after a successful first one, they must attend a trial.
