JOB TITLE: MLN MAINTENANCE PLANNER
POSITION No. 8
REPORTS TO: MLN Maintenance Superintendent
JOB SPECIFICS:
- The position is based at MLN CPF.
- 1 position.
- Rotation 4/4 (weeks).
- Position 1 Br / 1 Sonatrach.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Prepare daily work order list for maintenance department.
- Plan all work with Operations department, for short and long term.
- Assist with the preparation of maintenance budgets.
- Capture work data on completion of jobs (time, costs and other resources).
- Assist with creation of Service Contracts for support activity associated with plant and field maintenance.
- Maintain adequate stock/inventory levels to ensure that parts are made available to keep the production at its maximum potential.
- Attend monthly safety meetings.
- Hold/attend regular integrated team meetings to discuss and agree work priorities.
- Collect KPI statistics for incorporation in to site reporting systems, analysis KPI data to determine trends or anomalies.
- Recording all condition monitoring data into CMMS.
- Collect all outstanding work requests and hold in a shut down register for turnarounds/shutdowns as required.
- Provide workload forecasts, update equipment register in CMMS.
- Assist with preparation of job plans and inspection routines into the CMMS.
- Maintain CMMS integrity.
OUTPUTS:
- Work Orders, maintenance records and KPI reports.
- Plans for short, medium and log term work, including shutdown and turnaround.
- Training and Competency Records.
- Up to date plant registers of all equipment, job procedures, and plans including set points, trip settings, isolations, drawings, job safety procedures, etc.
- Cost reports on material usage and costs for maintaining areas of the plant on a system-by-system basis.
- Approved Scopes of work for service contracts.
- Assistance with the control of inventory, booking of materials for specific jobs and assist with the material purchase requests for all stocks including consumables.
