• This role will be responsible for the Commissioning and Start-up of the E&I scope for the project
• Responsible to Supervise and manage interface commissioning management between project packages. Ensure that commissioning interfaces are identified, defined and settled in a structured manner among disciplines.
• Execute clearly the interface requirements associated with each party at particular interfaces.
• To execute the exisiting commissioning plans and schedules and ensure that the activities are carried out in line with the schedule.
• B.S. or equivalent Degree in E&I Engineering, with fifteen (15) years relevant experience in oil & gas industry with proven managerial performance
• Must have experience in commissioning and start-up in oil&gas field.
• The following skills and knowledge: DCS, Automation, Fire & Gas, Instrumentation, Commissioning experience (he will be responsible for commissioning in Skikda)
• Must have handled large and complicated commissioning installations, particularly in Algeria either in Consultant or Contractor organization.
• Should be fully knowledgeable about commissioning procedures and techniques to be employed, materials used and testing procedures to be applied for installations.
• Should have the ability to identify non-conformances against project requirements and persuade the contractor for timely corrective/ preventive actions.
• Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English and French language.
