Our client is a major farming and food production company operating throughout Central Europe. They are currently expanding its established business in Romania, Alexandria.
??? Involvement in preparation of financial reports (e.g. financial statements, monthly reports etc.) ;
??? Coordinating the monthly closing and reviewing the accounting reports;
??? Preparing and developing monthly reports to the group and local management.
??? Providing the management with regular updated business information & financial expertise as necessary
??? Ensuring timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data, forecasts, business analysis and other specific analysis;
??? Offering support and challenging the operational departments, identifying action plans for improving efficiency;
??? Involvement in cash flow planning and analysis.
??? University degree in finance, business administration or similar education;
??? Minimum 2 years experience in controlling/financial analysis in a multinational environment;
??? Proven experience in working under strict deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities;
??? Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
??? Initiative, solution and action oriented;
??? Good communication and interpersonal skills;
??? Fluency in English is a MUST
??? Excellent analytical skills;
??? Good command of Microsoft Office, experience with an ERP is a plus.
