· Directly dealing with clients and partners and managers so should be comfortable speaking with all grades
· Reporting of performance and KPIs thus there is report preparation role to this.
· Must have good communication skills by phone, face to face and written in English and Romanian. Any other key languages in Romania as far as clients go would be a plus.
· Doesn`t need to have an accounting knowledge or real experience for that matter as this role will be trained and phone conversations would be scripted per say.
· Is someone who is organized and methodical
· Needs to be comfortable with computing - email, spreadsheets and will have to manage the back office software.
