Key Account Managers influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash&Carry, Wholesalers, Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.


Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits. CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.

Responsibilities:
As a CBD Key Account Manager, you will: ¿Manage a geographical region consisting of International Customers, Wholesalers and Supermarkets;
¿Be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence;
¿Identify business building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively;
¿Build partnership with our customers.


CERINTE

¿University degree;
¿Fluency in English;
¿Strong leadership, innovation skills and the ability to make things happen;
¿Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
¿Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-oriented attitude;
¿Valid driving license;
¿Permanent citizenship or a work permit valid in Albania.
