Senior Project Manager is responsible for following activities
●communication with clients;
●communication with authorities in connection with approval of project documentation;
● preparation of planning and building permit documentation in co-operation with designers;
●contact with suppliers of construction works;
●checking of project progress, quality of works;
●preparing and checking budgets;
●cost and time schedule control;
●participating in tender;
●organizes and supports keeping of current objects;
●managing/leading of junior project managers.

●corresponding education (construction direction), experience is the field is a must, min. 5 years;
●knowledge of English language (fluent level) necessary;
●knowledge of PC work necessary (MS Office, MS Project, etc.);
●driving license.
