Exciting opportunities have arisen within the remote desktop support team. The team provides remote desktop support to a variety of English and French speaking clients.
Key responsibilities and typical activities will include:
- Effective and efficient management of workloads via call logging system
- Experience of working to set Service Level Agreements
- Day to day support of desktop software issues
- Day to day administration of Windows 2000 Active Directory
- Day to day administration of Metaframe XP Presentation Server
- Completing daily/weekly tasks as required.
Person Profile:
Experience ¿ Essential
- Broad knowledge of PCs and Information Technology.
- Production and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Experience of working with Remote Control tools
- Windows 2000, Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory, NT4 Server, Citrix and Terminal Services.
Experience ¿ Desirable
- MSCE 2000/2003.
Personal Qualities
- Business English or French to high level
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team.
- Be able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible
- Team player (ability to work with other teams to provide a service to a client to an agreed SLA)
