- Take full responsibility for the expansion of the assigned sales regions within the area of responsibility in order to meet and exceed the given sales target figures of the products;
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers;
- Intensive support and consultation of customers and authorities;
- Ensure continuous sales growth for our product portfolio;
- Planning and analysis, incl. gathering and analysis of comprehensive information about markets and competitors;
- Presentation and training with customers and work and participate on internal fairs and customers events;
- To manage and control the spending of personal expenses to the budget.

- University degree, preferable economical education;
- At least 3 years experience in selling FMCG product in Romania;
- Experience in working in alimentary industry is an advantage;
- Good sales background;
- Experience in B2B relationship;
- Exceptional negotiating skills;
- Strong customer focus;
- Creative and result driven;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good English skills (verbally and written with a strong economical and commercial command of English);
