- Budgeting based on Forecast

- Control inventory levels and drive downs
- Adapting organisation to changing requirements (e.g. new position due to changing product mixes)
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
- Implement and drive CIP (Continuing improvement process)
- Develop and fulfil cost reduction program
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analysing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports, to detect production problems
- University degree (preferable technical specialization)
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in similar position at least 5 years, (automotive domain will be a plus)
- Knowledge about procedures used in organizing production
- PC applications (ERP)
- English language is a must
- leadership experience and excellent organizational skills
- hands-on management style
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
