Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Assembly Department.
- Health and safety awareness will be amongst your main priorities, and health and safety guidelines should be actively promoted.
- Foster and develop excellent relationships with customers.
- Lead the development and implementation of significant improvements in department wide processes, procedures and systems.
- Manage staff at all levels in an efficient and flexible manner.
- Develop strong relationships with Mould, Paint, MP & L, Finance, HR, Quality, Programme Management and Commercial.
Requirements:
- University tehnical level.
- Already at least 5 years experience in production, automotive and assembly - a very good knowledge of the assembly process, and at least 1 year experience in a middle management position.
- Foreign languages: English – advanced level.
- This challenge position requires : excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills – costumer focused.
- Team player.
- Ability to assess and upgrade procedures and systems.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage staff at different levels.
