- Responsible for process improvement by station lay out and optimization
- Reduce the routing time gradually each year
- Make work instructions
- Liaise with other US engineers in design and other topics
- Be able to set up and role out projects throughout the plant
- Create /follow up problem action requests (PAR)
- Education in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of process improvement experience
- Very good English is a must
- Hydraulic and electrical knowledge
- Project management experience
- Team player and self starter
- Willing to built a plant and role out projects
