Managing the computer network administration;
Managing the telephone networks;
Being responsible of administration office equipment (printers, copiers, faxes, MPT), adjusting configuration parameters based on troubleshooting malfunctions;
Performing in a variety of network administration and management functions related to the operation, performance or availability of network servers including backup/restore operations, startup/shutdown, etc;
Being responsible on research of new applications and technologies;
Being responsible of troubleshoot network/user problems and presenting resolutions for implementation and implementing solutions;
Serving as the departmental point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC;
Being responsible for the purchase and replacement IT pieces;
Operating in production systems: PLA, FAS2,ZS,ZS+PT, Prisma, VDS-G;
Managing and operating in the system Unipass;
Advising and training of personnel to operate IT systems and applications for production: ZS, ZS+PT, Prisma, PLA, Unipass, FAS2;
Bachelor's degree in technical;
Minimum 3 years networking experience;
Good level of English;
Strong technical skills with knowledge about : PLA, FAS2, ZS, ZS+PT, Prisma, VSD-G, Unipas;
Good experience with Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Servers, SQL Servers;
Ability to configure basic PC, laptop and server software;
Ability to communicate effectively with non-IT employees at all levels;
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good presentation skills.
