We are looking for an experienced MS SQL Server Database Administrator/ Business Intelligence Developer.
The position requires a high degree of experience and creativity, and strong competencies in problem solving, interpersonal skills, planning/organizing and quality control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing production databases, design and scheduling of packages
- Design OLAP cubes as source for reports
- Making data changes to support the needs of business and client requirements
- Reviews of SQL usage logs, profiling the database operations, optimize database calls
- Ensuring availability and performance of the production databases
- Proactively monitor the production database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
REQUIREMENTS
- relevant years experience in the database administration
- Experience with MS Analysis Server, DTS, SQL job management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple database servers
- Ability to work effectively in team
- Ability to work independently to get job done
