RESPONSABILITATI

ACCOUNTABILITIES & MAJOR TASKS
¿ Manages and develops direct reporting staff;
¿ Evaluates performance and makes recommendations;
¿ Budget preparation and cost control on department level;
¿ Implements strategies to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales;
¿ Defines requirements for logistic operations;
¿ Implements of new strategies to improve efficiency of logistic processes;
¿ Is responsible for managing the supply chain for finished products and trading goods;
¿ Supervise the custom operational procedure;
¿ Provide overall supervision of warehousing, inventories, delivery and distribution;
¿ Global responsibility for correctness of warehouse inventory;
¿ Coordinate selection of transporters;
¿ Prepare the report for Region, analyze and forecast;
¿ Establishing a purchasing policy, defining procedures and activity according to the procedures and policy of the company;
¿ Defining the purchasing procedures, improving them continuously, applying and controlling them currently;
¿ Negotiating and concluding frame contracts with suppliers and establishing prices;
¿ Building business relations with suppliers


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:
¿ University degree;
¿ Good computer literacy;
¿ Fluent in English;
¿ ¿ARR¿ transport operator certificate is an advantage
¿ Proven experience in negotiations and purchasing management;
¿ International exposure, min 3-4 years in an international environment;

KEY COMPETENCES
¿ Know-how in logistic methodologies and strategies
¿ Know-how in supply chain- and inventory management
¿ Strong communication skills
¿ Analytical ability to valuate cost savings on company level
¿ Know-how of transport business
¿ Has to have good forward planning skills
