- Responds for all the activities related to purchasing and delivery of materials, assures transportation possibility of materials from and towards any location in the world
- Coordinates transportation activities, stock control, warehouse
- Assures the functionality of structures for monitoring the flux of materials
- Negotiates the contracts with transportation companies for finished goods
- Represents the company in the relationship with the customs
- Provides support in the implementation, maintenance and continuous development of the management systems
- Negotiates with clients and suppliers aiming for 100% client satisfaction, delivery performance and cost effectiveness
- Monitores the quality, costs and efficiency of material movement and storage in order to reach the performance indexes regarding raw materials, units and finished goods
- Coordinates and controls the orders and information systems regarding the orders
- University Degree
- 2+ years experience in a multinational production company in a Logistics Department
- Relevant experience in coordinating a team
- Excellent knowledge of Supply chain management
- 2+ years experience in a SAP business process function
- Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
