- Support the General Management with Personnel Management Policies, Practices and Procedures
- Create the strategy of obtaining optimal results with costs effectiveness
- Design and implement an evaluation system of the employee’s performance
- Counsel the management team on a broad range of HR management issues: compensation and benefits strategy, including incentive plans, promotions, upgrading, awards and merit increases
- Supervise the recruitment and selection process
- Assess the development needs of the employees and propose a consistent plan of training programs
- Ensure compliance with personnel management policy and local law
-Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Consistent exposure to multinational environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pro-active, strong leadership
