Manage and lead the accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection;
Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for all accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection employees;
Maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education;
Maintain written procedures for all functions handled in accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection;
Ensure timely processing of documents related to accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection;
Ensure a very high standard of customer service in line with agreed Service Level Agreements;
Liaise with Contract Managers to resolve outstanding issues;
Manage a team of several accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection employees;
Set daily, weekly and monthly targets;
Introduce best practices in accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ general ledger/ credit and collection processes;
Manage relationships with key accounts.
Excellent language skills both in written and spoken English;
University degree in accounting/ economic is an asset;
Supervisory experience in various financial/ accounting environments;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company clients together with strong communication skills;
Strong leadership skills;
Strong team orientation;
Professional approach to work;
Strong customer driven focus;
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
