- Develop, recommend, and execute overall financial strategy that supports business strategies and captures maximum value for shareholders
- Establish financial measurement standards and develop systems to monitor performance against goals
- Coordinate preparation of short term operating budgets
- Manage, supervise, appraise and motivate employees
- Responsible for improving cost control, property management, credit and collection, tax reduction
- Ensure that all external reporting and compliance obligations are fulfilled
- Report on a regular basis to general manager
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting, ACCA would be helpful
- Three years practice in production in a management position
- Stong leadership profile
- Experience in ERP systems’ implementation
- Proficient in English
