- to organize, coordinate and supervise the HR Department;
- to develop and implement HR strategies in order to achieve the corporate goals;
- payroll activities;
- administration training function and resources;
- management of conflicts;
- to create and implement personnel development strategies;
- to supervise the recruitment and selection process;
- to administrate the HR Department budget and the Payroll budget;
- to assure that the HR Department works according to the Romanian Law;
- to draw-up reports for the head quarter concerning the HR activities.
Our client is a multinational company active in automotive field. For the plant located in Sibiu we are looking for an experienced HR MANAGER.
- University degree;
- relevant work experience as a HR manager in a production company(automotive field is an advantage);
- excellent English knowledge (German knowledge is an advantage);
- driving license B category;
- good computer skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage);
- excellent communication and conflict management skills;
- experience in working with budgets;
- good experience in payroll activities;
- dynamic and proactive person.
