For one of our clients, a multinational company active in mining industry, we are looking for an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for the company¿s human resources program;
- Performing a variety of related support functions with the aim of better implementing the HR management principles;
- Conducting orientation sessions for employees to explain personnel and office policies and procedures and communicating updates of these procedures;
- Organizing induction trainings on health and safety at work;
- Assisting in preparing statistical summaries and reports on various HR areas.
- University degree;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a multinational company;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of basic statistical and human resources concepts and methods;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person.
