Strong, practical experience with the MS Business Intelligence Suite (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS),
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Solutions for BI DW Environments, including SQL Server 2008, DTS, Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services,
Multidimensional OLAP Reporting tools, SQL Profiler, BIDS 2008, E/R Studio?
Experience with Master Data Management architecture, tools and principles a plus?
Thorough understanding of and practical experience with ETL (DTS/SSIS)?
Working knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling techniques?
Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts
This position is responsible for the development and support of BI solutions. This includes working with business applications, databases, data warehouses and ETL software. The ideal candidate will have working experience in the area of BI, translating business requirements to technical solutions, designing data models, developing dimensional models, developing OLAP cubes, and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues.
