A brief Profile:
As a Branch Manager you'll be responsible for developing the retail, corporate and commercial business in the area so previous experience and local knowledge is essential. Innovative services tailored to your market with a flexible working approach will be just a taste of the facilities at your disposal to make your branch a profitable and developing business.
You will be given the opportunity to build your own team from scratch, having a free hand to recruit those around you, ensuring your valuable management time is spent with 'your team' building 'your branch'.
You will freely communicate with the Head Office team regarding future plans, objectives and region specific projects. You will play a valuable role in the development process and be rewarded accordingly.

Ideal Requirements would include:
- 2 years experience of working as a Branch Manager;
- OR previous Senior Relationship Manager experience with people management experience;
- Strong market knowledge in your given region;
- Excellent commnication & negotiation skills;
- Risk aware; able to identify opportunities;
- Competence business acumen, professional approach, strong presentation skills, natural leader;
- A working knowledge of the English Language - the language of this bank;
- Educated to degree level or above;
