Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers;
• visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
• represent the company actively during exhibitions, events, presentations etc.;
• initiate and drive new product development/new products required/expected by the local market;
• participation in sales meetings, trainings, product presentations etc. organized within the company;
• plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities;
• budget preparation in conjunction with CEE management (sales);
• provide timely and accurate feedbacks and reports to the CEE management and HQ;
Requirements:
• university degree is highly appreciated (business management, engineering; plastics processing);
• fluent English;
• minimum 3 years of provable consultative sales experience, in B2B companies;
• knowledge and understanding of business processes;
• strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements;
• drive, ambition, determination and willingness to succeed;
• stress resistant, assertive; self-motivated, disciplined, able to meet deadlines;
• willingness to travel (within the country and abroad) and work in global team of professionals;
• able to work overtime when required;
• high communication and negotiation skills;
• proficiency in use of all common Office applications;
• ability to learn quickly and use acquired knowledge and information;
• clear driving license;
