He is in charge of the entire project,and should have experience in managing similar project.
The projects are supervised by professional engineers -European firms.
The Project manager and engineer should be approved by them, work with them - represent the company and protect it"s interest.
Candidates need to be hard working, honest and reliable, with good human relations, and ability to adjust and learn.
Minimum 15 years of experience, at least 5 years as project manager.
He should have education of a reputable university with at least Bsc in Civil Engineering, preferably specialized in Roads and Highways.
Very good command of English capable of reading, understanding and working continuously with the contract documents, specification and conditions.
He should be capable of conducting normal site correspondence in English.
Only candidates with experience in Englis (that worked outside Romania or foreign Companies in Romania can be considered).
Fluent with Microsoft software such as Excel and MS word.
