We offer two programs:
Bachelor degree in “Pedagogy”
1st year: International Practice Field (9 months training in experiencing and understanding the global reality)
2nd year: The European practice Field (6 months training in experiencing and understanding the European reality)
3rd year: The school Practice Field (12 months training in experiencing and understanding the reality of children and teachers in school, with connected theoretical studies)
Development Instructor Fighting With the Poor (24 month)
[With or without B-certificate Fighting with the Poor] It is 24 months program with 5 different periods:
1st period is 6 months with training and studies of international relations specializing in Nord/South, Richer and The Poor.
2nd period is 3 months with fundraising, working, saving and preparing for travel.
3rd period is 3 months travel in trio or solo or double team to destination in third World.
4th period is 6 months of work in Humana People to People development project as trio.
5th period is 6 months with presentations, actions and journalism in public arena.
Lindersvold, also called The Travelling Folk high School South Zealand, is working in cooperation with Humana People to People and the DRH Movement. The aim of the school is to educate people who with their heart, hands and mind actively will take part in bringing from those who have, to those who have not. It is about fighting AIDS, poverty, racism, illiteracy, infant mortality. It is about building schools, bringing comfort and medicine to the sick and giving education, teaching the farmer how to grow more crops and get fresh water for his family.
We invite you to take part in this! No matter whether you are rich, poor young or old, educated or uneducated does not matter, as long as you have the will to make a difference. Our programs are aimed at people all over the world. We want people who are hard working, that will acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills, who are flexible, motivated, show initiative, in order to make a difference.
