Developing and managing plans for efficient use of raw material, machinery and manpower optimum utilization;
Daily reviewing of production orders and committed delivery schedules to Weaving plants according to production master plan;
Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products according to standard capacity utilization to produced not less than 1000 Tons of Yarns (100% Wool & Wool Blends);
Periodic reviewing the production and operating reports and resolving operational, manufacturing, quality and maintenance problems;
Overseing inspection of machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization;
Revising standard operational and working practices and conduct spot observation of workers to ensure compliance with standards at all times;
Preparing department budget and performing period budget review and analysis to ensure conformity to plan;
Preparing statistical analysis of all data and reports to be communicated to Top Management;
Leading weekly meeting to follow up any new Fabric requirement with design department;
Resolving worker grievances or submit unsettled grievances to line managers for action;
Liaising with workers to minimize conflict situations while adhering to company policies and values;
Continuously develop and upgrade plant production systems and processes to ensure ‘world-class’ quality is achieved and continuously improved.
4/5 years university degree or equivalent Diploma in Textile Manufacturing focusing on Spinning;
Over 10 years of experience in worsted wool spinning and yarns manufacturing;
Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of English – written and verbal;
Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project;
Excellent communication skills;
Customer satisfaction orientation;
Production planning and scheduling experience;
Financial analysis basic knowledge.
