RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Field Technician is dedicated to a POP and is responsible for maintenance of his POP, and for local support interventions to his Pop’s end-users.
He is responsible for:
- His Pop’s spare parts availability, and reports about his Pop’s assets to the assets teams and to IDS. He is likely to perform inventories on their requests;
- Enforcing security rules in his Pop’s area, in terms of security equipment handling and premises access control.

TASKS:
- Handle corrective maintenance interventions on-site, on shelter’s hardware equipment, ancillaries (power generator, air conditioner, UPS);
- Handle end-user support local interventions (level 1 interventions), on workstations, phones, printers and scanners;
- Upon Central service team leader request, apply Software changes;
- Upon Assets Administrator request, apply Hardware change;
- Under the IP Administrator coordination, manage equipment (installation, key loading, KOI-18 Battery change);
- Prepare the faulty equipment for return and repair .


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years experience in network infrastructure maintenance and/or end-user computers support;
- Level 1 technical skills in:
• IP Network Technology;
• Telephony (IP and analog);
• Trans Technology (DLOS, SATCOM, Optical Fiber, cable);
• Workstations administration (Windows) Cabling;
- Advanced English level;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
