Prime Objective:
To supervise and control the construction of various building projects.
Key Tasks:
- Supervise work performed by personnel under their control;
- Organise and plan the successful execution of given jobs by obtaining the necessary information, equipment, tools and manpower;
- As the successful applicant you will be responsible for managing the trades, liaising with the other foremen and ensuring the overall project is completed to the highest of standards;
- To make regular reports to the General Manager and to make any reports as necessary pertaining to current results or events;
- Attend to any reasonable requests made by the General Manager.
- Minimum 3 years on a similar job;
- Advanced English level;
- German, French or Spanish - always a plus
To be considered for this role you would need to demonstrate previous experience of quality finishes.
A trade background is also desirable
Monthly Salary: Euro 1100
Annual Bonus: Euro 7000
Annual Leave: 46 days
Annual Flights: 2 return flights to home country per 12 months worked
