Process Design Engineer
Junior/Senior/Supervisor/Manager

Your role will be to provide Process Engineering on dairy, brewery and food projects as part of a team consisting of Mechanical Design Engineers, Process Design Engineers, Project Managers & Sales Staff. You will be involved in all phases from design, through installation to commissioning for major capital projects, of up to 18 months duration.
The position will include sales support, office based design, and will extend from time-to-time to consultancy, site service visits and commissioning periods on customers sites (travel and site work: 30–50%)

Your Tasks:
• Participation in all aspects of the process design for the within the allocated budget, timescales, contractual requirements, and conforming to current APV designs.
• Interpret information contained in the contract and develop detailed designs to satisfy technical and commercial requirements of the contract.
• Executing process engineering design, including P&I diagrams, Equipment Specifications and Process / Functional specifications.
• Producing other relevant Design documentation
• Preparing purchase requisition instructions
• Undertaking site surveys and work on site as required
• Conducting or supporting site commissioning / trouble-shooting
• Assisting in development design work


CERINTE

Your Qualifications:
• Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering
• Experience with 2D CAD for P&ID development
• Knowledge of estimating procedures and methods
• Skills in customer contact
• 4 years industrial experience
• Fluent English
• Innovation and drive towards continuous improvement
• Initiative and flexibility
