OPROIU is a private professional partnership specialized in acquiring, maintaining and enforcing patents, trade mark registrations and industrial designs, acting in a legal and economic environment where the private practice in patent and trademark counseling has returned in 1992 after almost 50 years of absence.
The aim of the firm since the early years was to create not only a high quality level of advice as far as industrial property is concerned, but also to create a benchmark for the profession of counsel in Romanian private practice, taking into consideration the youth of the profession.
