The Customer Account Administrator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main responsibilities are:
¿ Act as the primary contact for country Order Management Team and Sales Team;
¿ Provide assistance and support within the area of order fulfillment;
¿ Process and coordinate standard and non-standard orders for a defined set of Customers;
¿ Validate order transaction data through a variety of documents and systems. Ensures accuracy/completeness of information and compliance with the company¿s terms and condition as well as customer specific procurement guidelines;
¿ Ensures pricing, discount and other related information is correct on all transaction processed;
¿ Maintains up-to date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order fulfillment process;
¿ Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using defined tools and reports;
¿ Monitors and corrects various business control reports to ensure correct data integrity.
¿ At least 2 years work experience in a similar position (sales administrative support);
¿ University degree in an Economics related field;
¿ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
¿ Fluent in Italian;
¿ PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
¿ Clear communication & negotiation abilities;
¿ Analytical & organizational skills;
¿ Quality & details oriented;
¿ Customer service mentality.
