  • Support for organization and implementation of the financial ĄV cost controlling function within the subsidiaries
  • Assures training/support on the Cost Controlling side for subsidiaries
  • Coordinates the budgeting, reporting and analysis process on the Cost Controlling segment (General Administrative Expenses and Investments) for Subsidiaries
  • Budget monitoring, high deviations explanations
  • Assists to the planning/updating of the Cost Controlling methodology and work procedures
  • Responsibility for the costs approval process (including investments) for Bank and Subsidiaries according to work procedures
  • Assures feedback to ad-hoc requirements related to administrative costs, advising of financial impact Notes (costs and investments related) for Bank Management and Subsidiaries
  • Accomplishes specific team tasks and activities linked  to the planning, analyzing and reporting processes on the administrative costs side at Budget Owner and Subsidiaries level
  • Support in implementation and developing of Cost Controlling projects
  • Assures relationships on the administrative costs and investments side with Accounting, sProserv, Subsidiaries, Holding, Budget Owners
Cerinţe post   1.  Studies: long-term:

- economic

- technical with economic perfection studies.

  

2. Experience:            

University degree (not economics/finance) with more than 36 months general working experience, of which a minimum of 18 months Controlling experience,

  

or alternatively

 

University degree (economics/finance) and a minimum of 18 months working experience of which a minimum 6 months Controlling experience;

In Banking/Financial institutions

 

3. Other conditions: English language skills are required

  • IT (Ms Office: Excel, Access; SAP)
  • Accounting (IFRS, RAS)
  • Banking activity knowhow: legal, fiscal and internal specific rules
  • Planning and organizational capabilities
