Adecco Permanent Placement is hiring a Procees Engineer, for one of its customers - a producer of bentwood components, for the existig production unit in Cehu Silvaniei.
Our customer combines the tradition of laminated elements and solid wood curvature by classical methods of steam pressing or high frequency currents pressing ,with the use of CAD CAM systems like,holding CNC machines that allow new products to be produced quickly and accurately.
Job requirements:
Follow up, maintenance and optimization of processes and installations in a production environment:
• continuously present, elaborate and test process improvements.
• Assist in implementing, evaluating, feedback and securing of these improvements.
Implementation of new products for the Romanian factory developed in the Belgium factory:
• Organization of knowhow transfer from the Belgium company to the Romanian factory.
• Implementation, follow up and optimization in Romanian.
Assistance now and then of sales reps for defining new project implementation, together with customer (home or abroad in Europe)
Areas of result:
• Master the analysis of existing production processes according to an agreed methodology in order to map and evaluate these processes.
• Map production processes through input of the different departments and by means of analysis of production performance parameters in order to determine abnormalities, bottlenecks, efficiency and quality losses and disorganization of workstations.
• Develop proposals to optimize existing processes and to improve in order to supply a qualitative technical contribution.
• Implement the proposals to optimize and improve the existing processes.
• Implement the new products and their processes in the factory.
• Feedback to – motivate the calculators in order to optimize the use of all competences, skills and knowhow.
• Continuously updates on the evolutions and developments in the area of process quality.
• Masters the English language
• Has an university, engineering degree in woodworking or similar through proven experience and results.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in this industry.
• Is willing to travel to Belgium once every month.
