RESPONSABILITATI

A leading international company operating all over the world in design and manufacturing of women clothing is looking for qualified candidates to join their production team in Urziceni as a PURCHASING MANAGER, where you will be responsible for:

* Plans and coordinate the supplying activity, making the raw materials stocks and materials too, according and for respecting the production plan and the finish garments deliveries plan towards the client.
* Negotiates with the suppliers concerning the buying prices, payment terms and conditions, delivery conditions and raw materials and materials quality.
* Display the purchasing contracts, send and follow the orders from the suppliers on the allocated categories and insures that all the materials are available in the AHR locations, when and if this is needed for production;
* Verifies and plans the optimum orders level for the basis stock articles and informes the internal collaborators (storing/produciton/clients) for each categoty;
* Prospect the market before putting the orders, presents to the Purchase and/or Logistic Manager the most avantageous offers from the poit economic and technic, according to the company purchasing policy, purchasing decision being taken with this one and wuth the Company Manager in the case of global purchasing;
* Verifies the materials quality and standards according to the clients requests and their aproovals;
* responds by the corectness of the datas included in the documents that are issued and are signed, by following thir circuit is complete and they are correct registerd;
* Keeps the secret and insure the the confidentiality of all the informations and datas that are involving the purchasing activity;
* Responds by the way of appling the and administrsting the the applied and received procedures;
* Implements the corrective actions the resoult ones after the internal audits/analysis meetings for the activity of the department;
* Identifies the suppliers, initiate the contract with them, monitoriseand devellopes the relationship with the existyents ones, according to the company commercial policy, prospect the market for new products;
* Follows periodically the unrolling of the raw materials contracts, makes the term analysis of the purchasing resoults, signals the deviations from the targets realisation with the suppliers and communicates the bunuses that must be cashed from these ones;
* Participates activelly to find a solucion to the denunciations from the suppliers for the deliveries with differences (quality or quantity) or the ones that are presenting fabrication deffects or they are not according to the clients requests;
* Makes visits to the suppliers and participates to the fairs and makes reports on the participation/ visit. Participates activelly at the meetings, preparing seminars, fairs or any other events organised by the comapny (trainning, team – buildings, etc.);
* Verifies the achievement of the operational indicators (rotation, stock oldeness or stock missing) and the involvment in arriving to these;


CERINTE

Ideal profile of teh employee:

* basis: university graduatein the activity field, foreign language – English;
* Speciality:logistics, purchasing and stocks management;
* Special courses: coordinator course for purchasings, organisational mangement, computer operator;

Fundamental competencies:

* logistic, management knowledges;
* financial legislation knowledges, accountant operation on the documents;
* computer operation knowledges;
* general inteligence level: medium superior (capacity to analise, ans sinthetise, fast judgement);

Specific competencies:

* capacity to understand the verbal, written message;
* develloped memory,m capacity to retain informations;
* easy expressing;
* numbers rationament;
* concentrated and distributive atention;
