Information Technology Specialist – Istanbul
- - Requirements
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Help desk and/or desktop support environment (or a similar role).
Thorough understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Strong Hardware and software troubleshooting skills is a must.
Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with clients.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Must be professional, self
- - motivated, resourceful, flexible and work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to set priorities and be flexible in a fast paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot email and network port / wireless connectivity issues.
Ability to follow through and document issues and resolutions.
Must be able to follow procedures and protocols as outlined by Senior Management.
Fluent in English and Turkish
Must be able to multitask, excellent verbal and written presentation abilities.
High communication and customer service skills to always assist the end user in a polite and professional manner.
Capable of grasping new concepts without prior experience.
College degree or relative work experience.
Ability to lift or move equipment, if needed.
