CompanyOur client, an EPC – Contractor for a large Gas Processing Plant Project in Tunisia is looking for a “HSSE Manager”.
Your ResponsibilitiesHSSE management position – HSEE leader
To lead all HSSE activities in the Consortium (contractor) and lead the staff for these agendas
To create all procedures and documents for this job with his team, in agreement with the client
To be part of all HSSE discussions and clearifications with the client and parties of it
Performing evaluations and audits on Contractor and Subcontractors HSE Management Systems.
Performing and reviewing HAZID, HAZOP and Risk Assessments.
Adjusting Company’s Emergency Procedures and Plans for both Construction and Commissioning.
Recording and reporting HSE Statistics
To perform the job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty in a satisfactory manner
As HSSE Leader and right hand of the Site/Project Manager you shall be responsible for all HSE activities, including the leading of site and HSE Supervisors, performing evaluations and audits, additionally incident/accident investigations and site supervision.
You should be experienced in the oil & gas industry and you shall be in charge of all HSE trainings and inductions.
Monitoring the compliance to approved Safety Policy Standards and Procedures and identifying deviations for correction as required.
General HSSE reporting including site supervision with a strong focus on HSE.
As HSSE Supervisor you shall be responsible for one single site and will be the right hand of the
Site/Project Manager and HSE Leader for HSE activities.
On site - daily supervision, training and reporting are also part of the duties.
