At least 5 years’ experience in design area
Strong knowledge of prototyping and prototypes in the current manufacturing process
BU2 product knowledge (Air Intake Manifolds, Covers and Oil mist separators, Air Filter Modules and ducts, Fuel Filter Modules, Oil Filter Modules and Pumps)
High level of cost awareness
Very good SAP and MS Office skills
Assertiveness, resilience and excellent communication skills
Efficient operation and high degree of autonomy
First experience in staff management desirable
English and/or German spoken and written
