Main duties include:
- Manage the Project Leaders Team to facilitate new project to meet the timing, quality and cost targets
- Drives Profit&Loss activities in order to continuously reduce cost & satisfy the customer expectation
- Protect/Level Plant activities by driving and leading Engineering/Customer Changes as well as Capacity&Layout Planning
- Drives continuous improvement of Project Leaders/Managers activities
- Technical University
- This person must be professional in Project Management requirements and be able to functionaly lead such a department
- At least 2 years as Project Management Manager
- Experience/knowledge in assembly and IMM Production
- Strong understanding of production, project management and costs
- Able leader, with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking, initiative, planning , organizing and follow up
