Senior Project Consultant for Technical Center Timisoara , West Romania

Your functions We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Consultant to work with hands-on mentality for the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Business Division Electronics. Your duties will be challenging and varied. As a consulting instance you will make sure that our Time-To-Market projects are set-up and executed rightly and their performance is measured with the help of metrics and reviews. In this context the PMO has a significant lever to sustainably ensure the success of our project and therefore of Hella. In addition, you will be responsible for consulting especially critical projects in order to transfer them back to a non-critical status and to achieve the project targets. Also, you will have the chance to contribute to the future development of the global PMO organization.

Your competence In order to be successful in this position it is mandatory to have University degree in a technical area, technical understanding in the domain and time-to-market process. Also, you have knowledge of development and manufacturing processes and experiences in managing projects. Proactivity, teamwork, customer and quality orientation makes you the perfect candidate.
