Coordinate international projects with English speaking clients.
Take full responsibility of all project phases from definition and set up to completion on time and budget.
Effectively communicate by phone or email with clients, sales teams, and all operation teams to ensure client’s needs are understood and met.
Plan and manage the projects.
Manage deadlines and crisis situations.
Mandatory advanced level of English language;
Preferable also an advanced level for a second language (French, German, Spanish or/and Italian). Your proficiency in these languages makes all the difference!
University degree, preferably Sociology/Business or Translations with interest in Project Coordination;
Skills in time management, priorities management and problem-solving;
Previous experience with foreign clients is a plus;
Basics of Marketing/Market Research is a plus;
Residence in or availability to relocate to Timisoara.
