RESPONSABILITATI

Project Launch Manager deals with ensuring compliance with the contractual provisions of the project, specify the project requirements, project implementation management, identifying and analyzing risks and defines corrective actions to minimize the risk, targeting individuals work to achieve the objectives of the project, estimate the resources required for the project, as and providing operational resources for the project.

- Secure Project launches performance from quality, cost and time perspective.
- Generates, monitors and adjusts the detailed implementation project plan.
- Prepares weekly report project development progress to be presented to management team.
- Play the interface role between the Project development team and the customer.
- Project Interface between Timisoara project team and Stuttgart (design) project team
- Generates the requirements for resources for short and long term: materials, capacity, manpower.
- Maintain up to date capacity and investment file
- PROCON and FACTON knowledge and interpretation/follow up.
- Ensures that BOM’s and routings are correctly implemented in SAP – with correct values for consumption, attrition, QA, No Of operators, cycle time, lot size etc.
- Direct responsible, together with the project team, for all deliveries before SOP and 6 month after SOP.
- Responsible for the coordination of internal and external audit.
- Responsible for Run@Rate preparation
- Check and validate Project Team Members activities and proposes scenario to achieve milestones.
- Responsible for creating a positive atmosphere of teamwork, acts as a body trainer for team members.
- Encourage teamwork and discourage initiation of conflict.
- Encourage the team to identify two or three solutions for the project blocking points.


CERINTE

2/3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive field
Personal portfolio of projects delivered through SOP
Determined, team player, strong abilities of communication, responsible, able to solve problems
