As a member of the Network Operations team, the primary responsibility will be to optimize and maintain a Cisco IPT infrastructure spanning multiple offices in multiple countries.
In this role, you will participate in the operational optimization and maintenance of the global data/wireless network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- 3+ years of Cisco CCNA, hands-on Cisco IPT technologies including Call manager, Unity, Voice gateways and Gatekeepers;
- Hands on experience installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting a Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless environments, equipment and services;
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution including monitoring system performance, performance tuning, operating system patches and software upgrades;
- Perform troubleshooting analysis and document network problems and resolution for future reference;
- Knowledge of Information Systems Security including IPSec and VPN;
- General Microsoft Windows knowledge including Office applications;
- Cisco PIX/ASA, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Secure ACS 5.2, Microsoft server 2008/2012, VPN over SSL and Open Sources Technologies knowledge and experience are desirable.
