Responsibilities
Managing the QA process on specific projects
Identifying test conditions from requirements and specifications
Writing and executing functional and regression test cases and reporting on results
Reporting, tracking and re-testing defects
Defining Test Plans and producing system test reports
Reporting testing progress and defects
Working in close collaboration with developers to ensure quality of the solution
The ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience and qualities
Website testing experience: functional & cross browser testing and experience or knowledge of non-functional testing techniques
Experience of different software test techniques and QA methodologies
Due to the fast paced and sometimes brief outline of requirement specifications, you must be able to analyse and derive test cases from informal requirements, use cases or design specifications
Good understanding of QA processes and experience in document reviews
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
A passion for quality and technology, an enthusiastic personality and a great team player
Additionally the following skills are desirable, but not essential
Experience of automated or performance testing
Knowledge of web industry standards and best practice
