Main scope:
Responsible to implement the measurements methodology in accordance to the requirements for new parts, and optimisation for serial parts
New Projects (production in house and at supplier):
Analysis of the pheasability of measurements
Give the input for the building of the tool
Define the protocol of measurement with the development team
Define the fixture for the measurements
Define the programm for the measurement and optimize the program in accordance with specification
Analyse and interprete the results after measurements
Give the feedback to development team and direction for adjustment of the tools
Ensure the support to the project team for the analysis and interpretation of the results
Parts of current production / projects (production in house and at supplier):
Define the protocol of measurement for existing parts and / or optimize this protocoll based on the results
Define fixture for measurements for existing parts ( gauges with measurements)
Define the programm for the measurement and optimize the program in accordance with specification
Analyse and interprete the results after measurements
Give the feedback to development team and direction for adjustment of the tools
In both cases :
Define and conduct the MSA for the fixture and the measurements method
Define the inspection instruction for the new fixture
Ensure the training regarding the development of fixture and measurements program
To be the back-up of the CMM Leader
• Medium level of studies
• Min. 5 years of experience in CMM activities, programmation in 3D, development of parts
• Knowledge of Calypso Software
• Good knowledge of technical drawings
• Good knowledge of using measurement devices
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA)
